Troubleshooting with Honeycomb is a lab-driven, hands-on course that follows one incident from the first symptom to a confident finding. You won't jump between disconnected tools -- you'll work through a single investigation using BubbleUp, traces, relational fields, calculated fields, and Canvas, each one picking up where the last left off.

By the end, you'll know how to start when something breaks, what to reach for, and how to follow the data to a root cause without guessing.

What do I need before taking this course to be successful?

Familiarity with Honeycomb's Query Builder is helpful before taking this course. If you're new to Honeycomb, consider starting with Navigating Honeycomb. The lab environment provides everything else you need, including a running application and sample telemetry data to investigate.
